322A Tengah Drive

Designing a home is never just about aesthetics, but about balancing lifestyle, beliefs, and function. For this Tengah BTO project, we translated strict fengshui requirements into a cohesive, practical design that enhances both storage and spatial flow. Thoughtful details, from a softened full-height TV console with concealed storage to a textured dining backdrop, add depth while keeping the space calm and uncluttered. A half-height cabinet behind the sofa improves storage and subtly adjusts the seating position to avoid the overhead beam, aligning with fengshui without compromising design. In the kitchen, darker base cabinets ground the space while lighter upper cabinets brighten it, with the layout carefully planned to support both workflow and belief. By reworking the living and dining zones, we created a more open, communal layout without major structural changes, while elements like concealed trunking and a dedicated music corner turn constraints into features. Finished with warm neutrals, layered textures, and clean carpentry, the home feels calm, functional, and timeless, designed not just to look good, but to live well.

家的设计，不只是美感，更是在生活方式、信念与功能之间取得平衡。在这个 Tengah BTO 项目中，我们在尊重风水要求的同时，通过设计提升收纳与空间流动性，让整体更实用且统一。从柔化线条的全高电视柜，到餐区低调的肌理墙面，在保持简洁的同时增加层次感；沙发后的半高柜体既增加收纳，也巧妙调整座位位置，避开横梁压顶问题，兼顾风水与美观。厨房则通过深浅柜体搭配，在实用与明亮之间取得平衡，并优化动线以提升使用体验。通过重新规划客厅与餐区布局，在不大幅改动结构的前提下，让空间更开阔流畅，同时将冷气管道隐藏、打造音乐角落等细节，也让限制转化为设计亮点。整体以温润中性色与利落木作收边贯穿，呈现出一个简洁、舒适且耐看的居住空间，真正为生活而设计。
