Designing within fengshui requirements doesn’t mean compromising on beauty. In this Simei Lane DBSS home, we balanced practicality, aesthetics, and everyday living for a family with kids and pets. Smart details include an L-shaped wardrobe with a ventilated niche for rewearable clothes and a small bedside corner with charging access, while the bedroom uses warm wood tones and soft lighting for a restful feel. The open kitchen stays light and clutter-free, with curved carpentry for better flow, and a swivel dining table connected to the island adds flexibility in a compact space. A loose TV console keeps the living area adaptable, paired with a textured wall for subtle depth. Even the foyer is elevated with simple niches and layered finishes. Thoughtful planning creates a home that is functional, flexible, and easy to live in.
